Who we are

Theme-Works has a long-established history of working closely with venues for special events. Our sister-companies, Office Christmas and Office Summer, have proudly built a bank of excellent agent booking partnerships. Growing the Millennia Events portfolio of brands, Theme-Works launched at a time when demand for our services in providing bespoke events was at an all-time high and continues to grow. Our multitude of business avenues centred around corporate and leisure events enables our divisions to thrive through support of the overall Millennia Events brand.

What we can do

We can install a theme for a one-off event or seasonal run, our most popular being for the duration of the Christmas party season. Our theme installations for venues are specially tailored to be easy to maintain and provide minimal disruption to the day-to-day operations of the venue. To make the most of a venue’s character, one of our theming co-ordinators will liaise to understand the scope of the space and any unique features to work with. We understand the importance of accommodating the normal operations of the venue within our plans.

How we do it

Liaising with the venue, one of our theming co-ordinators will ascertain an outline of the space involved and discuss previous events held at the venue. Once a theme is chosen, a bespoke quotation will be drafted with a cost quotation. The theme package can be tailored to precise requirements of all elements before confirming. An installation will typically involve training a venue’s in-house staff to maintain the theming, or we can provide training as a wholly separate service. Our team of theming co-ordinators have a wealth of skills and experience to share and can help your event co-ordinators develop their flair for theming.
