Theme-Works is a full-service event theming company providing decoration, draping, lighting, special FX, entertainments and venue sourcing. Operating throughout the UK, Theme-Works undertakes venue dressing for large-scale seasonal events, weddings, corporate events and private parties. Our offices, studio and storage space are based in the Brighton area where the large team of up to 40 staff members operate in booking, co-coordinating, designing and producing event themes.

Decor

From a satellite star to the daintiest of butterflies, our range of props brings out the sparkle of a theme with our keen eye for detail and an appreciation for the wow-factor of large statement pieces.

Theme-Works commissions local artists, sculptors and craftspeople to build a variety of custom props which won’t be found anywhere else. The full inventory of Theme-Works props scales the heights of our warehouse facility with an army of creatures, characters and beautiful decorative structures including pillars, archways and table centres. Working with a huge variety of different venue spaces, Theme-Works utilises backdrops and draping to bring neutrality to the area before our talented creative team set to work on dressing the space for your special event.

Lighting and Special FX

Our in-house lighting technicians bring splashes of colour and highlights to a space and help foster the desired mood of the event.

Working with intelligent lighting installations and state-of-the-art technology, the scope for creating dramatic visual impact is enormous. Special FX have a subtle effect on enhancing the mood and provide less-subtle surprises to mark or announce moments such as a call to dinner, commence of a presentation or beginning of a disco.

Entertainment

We love to bring out a cast of entertainers to make a theme interactive and even more memorable. Actors and performers electrify the atmosphere and we also offer themed food and beverage enhancements to add just a little something extra to the event.

Working within our large team of events co-ordinators, Theme-Works benefits from established relationships with a multitude of excellent venues across the whole of the UK and throughout Europe.
